1. Membership Fees

• All membership plans are subscription-based and are charged as per the plan selected.

• Membership fees are collected to provide access to our services, including profile visibility, communication features, and other premium benefits.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Once a membership plan is purchased, the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, whether the member has used the services or not.

• This includes cases of:

  • Profile deactivation or deletion by the member.

  • Marriage or engagement after membership activation.

  • Non-usage of available features during the membership period.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.

• Failed payment processing where the amount was deducted but membership was not activated.

In such cases, members should write to us at apchristianevents@gmail.com with proof of payment within 7 working days of the transaction. Verified cases will be refunded within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their membership at any time, but cancellation does not entitle them to a refund of the fee already paid.

• Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the subscription period.
